Our 6 level trampoline curriculum is designed to help your students unleash their jumping and flipping abilities, while mastering the art of airborne excitement. Each level is thoughtfully crafted to provide a progressive learning experience, ensuring that your students build a strong foundation and soar to new heights in their trampoline skills.
Level 1 is where the adventure begins, where they learn basic trampoline techniques, learning proper jumping form, body control, and landing techniques. Our beginner levels give your students an opportunity to learn how to safely navigate the trampoline and develop the fundamentals that will set them up for success in the progressing levels. Level 2 sees students combining more jumps together and developing the skills to remember a sequence and order of trampoline skills while continuing to improve their aerial awareness.
Levels 3 and 4 will see your students take their trampoline skills to the next level, learning more complex aerial manoeuvres, including somersaults, while also keeping in mind the athlete’s need to progress with developing the strength, flexibility, and coordination necessary to execute these moves with precision and style.
Levels 5 and 6 will see athletes progressing towards more challenging skills and combinations, pushing your students to challenge their capabilities.
